Primal's "L.A.H" Movie Trailers: Spider-man Homecoming

You had to know I was going to see this one, Spider-man is one of my ALL TIME favorite comic book and cartoon characters, I have DECADES of fandom in the webhead. So of course I went, Opening Night too(that was Eikichi's doing) and we all had a blast, Smooth didn't make it(or am I calling him MonkeyHand today since he didn't show up hmm) I know I have heard SOME people trying to call the Web Heads Marvel entry a flop it's been a month and has made over 294 million it still has some legs so 300 million is well within his grasp over 600 million world wide, it has also made more than each of the PREVIOUS Spider-man reboots(The Amazing Series) unadjusted for inflation of course, I think tickets were a dollar or two cheaper back then. So I am wondering if that was just wishful thinking, or were they trying to sell the super hero fatigue narrative and spoke too soon hmmm.

Anyway this isn't the Spider-man review this is the trailer review. Unlike the PREVIOUS Entry only one of these movies has come out(Dark Tower) and I will check it's opening weekend shortly. But enough with the stalling

Primal's "Late as HELL" Movie Trailers- Wonder Woman

Needless to say, most of these movies are out, some have bombed, some are still on the way and the movie review WHEW that is so far in the ditch but I will try to get my behind in gear and pump these bad boys out. Since these are late I will add a little extra commentary for SOME of them. I was just in a blogging funk and couldn't get out of my own head for a little while. I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer movie season so far we have gotten some good movies, a few movies have underperformed GREATLY(two are on this list) and we still have a few to come.

It was a nicely packed theater for the first Lady of DC comics, and most of us enjoyed the movie to the fullest, these were the trailers that greeted us way back on Opening Weekend(Before she raked in almost 400 MILLION dollars). If you haven't seen it yet "baby what is you doing?" We have to support the GOOD DC movies so that they realize who not to hire(People like Zack Snyder or Brian Singer) in the future, we love these characters because of THEIR stories, sometimes the director's VISION needs to take a hike. If you want to make a movie with a specific cast but they  won't give you the budget for it, that should tell you something BUT I digress so without further ado or stalling by me: Your Trailers for Wonder Woman(2017)

Get out the DAMN CAR!

The scene: A warm August day, sun is shining folks are going about there business. A young lady in a yellow shirt is about to enter the store,
"Shawty, hey you there damn you look good with your pretty chocolate skin. I don't mean no harm I mean do you got a man or something, can I get your number"
The "suitor" is a guy in a Bright Red(but clean) Dodge Nitro(no I'm not a car guy but I remember when Dodge introduced that boxy thing. While he did get her attention he didn't get a phone number, she turned around shook her head and went in the store. He continued to yell compliments about her as he pulled into a parking space, along with the words "hey, it might have worked." There are MANY things that can be said about the BEGINNING of interaction between the young lady and captain Nitro but "it would have worked ain one of them. I don't know, I think that if you are trying to make a POSITIVE first impression you have to put some effort into it. Yes Maybe he felt like today was his day, he was feeling himself he felt like he was in his groove, who knows WHY he thought he should attempt to get this young ladies attention today, but especially in that manner. Let's us look at his approach in further detail shall we

The fun part about E3 Sunday

Is that Microsoft does their thing in the mid afternoon and I am trying to blog that(and as they dropped goo gobs of games it ain easy this year) and then of course I have to get ready for Bethesda. For the quick and dirty, Microsoft dropped the name of Project Scorpio Xbox One X, the release date 11/7/17 and the price 499.99. Yeah Microsoft got on it, they also dropped 42 games 20+ that were Xbox exclusives and many with Xbox One X enhancement.

So when I tell you I am hauling booty to try and put all the trailers some mini descriptions as well as some of my thoughts on all this graphical goodness I am. The problem is, I have laundry to do and Bethesda starts in about 20 minutes. And if you watched Bethesda's show last year you already know that when Microsoft goes ham, so do they. Like this is an all hands on deck situation, EA had to be nice on Saturday they couldn't spill any beans, but Bethesda is the school gossip who was just on the toilet when the head cheerleader admitted to how she passed her last class. It's about to go down.

So I hope everyone had a good weekend and I am typing as fast as I can, of course you can find all this over on Wonderful World

Hey Folks, Sorry for the delay

The weather has been crazy, stuff in the midsouth has been running rampant and I owe you a few blogs, I just posted the trailer blog for guardians vol 2, At some point in time today I will do the trailer blog for Wonder Woman, and after that I will work on the reviews for both movies, I know I need to get on it it was just a lot of work the last few weeks and we have all been really drained.

I'm back now, and no I wasn't going to do a cop out and not finish the trailer blog(even though I have been gone over a month but hey E3 is coming, which of course will be blogged over on Wordpress just in case I want to curse a few times) and just leave it as a throwback post, which I don't have as many old unfinished posts as I used too. which is good. Anyway I need to do a few blogs about new games I am playing, Need to do the reviews for those, talk about books I'm reading (American Gods, the show is good the book is better so far), as well as maybe a few Season Finales of some of my current favorite TV shows.

Anyway as I have dropped one hopefully I have a few more in me before I fall into another slump, hope you've been well, thanks for stopping by, oh and hey Leave a comment here and there, take a poll, have some fun, I know I will.

The trailers for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2(delayed)

Yes, it is Friday. In case you are wondering we saw GotG V2 on opening weekend, I just was out of it this week. So yes, the trailer post is late, the movie review is late it's just a whole round mess. We are gonna get through this though.

Over there at the Malco Paradiso we got 5 trailers with Guardians, 3 sequels, on Tie in movie, and a period piece. The period piece looks crazy and depending on what else comes out around it I may or may not go see it but the other 4 are all on my list for 2017. Enough stalling, here are the five movies let me know what you are interested in.

Heavy Work month, Slow on the movies

I know I have been absent so far this April but work has been hell. Lots of driving, lots of crazy electronic mishaps, but haven't really gone to the movies. There really wasn't a "Gotta see it" I thought about going to "Ghost in the Shell" but the more I heard about the movie the less it appealed to me. From what I can tell GitS is apparently the most unselfaware but best example of exactly what every one is complaining about movie out there. It's basically White Washing, the movie. Scar Jo, plays the title character, has many of the scenes from the original Animated Movie that started the craze, when then sparked an animated tv show.

I'll probably watch it when it hits the streaming services. Then of course as my brother volunteered to go on the long distance trip this month we've got the munchkin for the weekend. And let me tell you this: Always buy a MOUNT for a TV Larger than the one you are trying to install. I mean I'm gonna spin the whole tale of Friday Nights hilarity, just not here, but when I tell you that if you ain got access to a young child's favorite digital distraction in this generation AIN NOBODY getting to sleep. Man that boy ran us all ragged, it was my fault I believed the box (NEVER BELIEVE THE BOX), the box LIED to ME. Smh and that boy refused to go to sleep in a quiet room. He had a tablet, his Lightning McQueen bubble shooter, a little Led wall light that we gave him as a night light and his own Dory Themed bed set. If I didn't know better I would swear his father gave him 24 hour delay no Doz he had so much energy. His bad butt Friday night seemed like vengeance for all the times I SUPPOSEDLY took him out to hang out with his uncle and POSSIBLY plied him with sugar. There is also an accusation of him drinking my coffee one time(never happened to MY knowledge, I think Eikichi just made that up to make me seem like a horrible older brother.

Yes I buy the munchkin Starbucks, BUT he gets the cookies(loves the snowmen, HATES the Brownies), is okay with the cake pops, and is agreeable to their Hot chocolate. What, I'm his uncle he hangs out with me from time to time. Anyway, HOPEFULLY lazy Sunday ahead.
