Comic book movies I want to see made Marvel: X-men Pt. 2

The Why:

Everybody takes their bumps and bruises in the hero game, X-men actually takes the time to try and train the NEXT generation. They show young kids having to go through school, dealing with normal kid behavior, while sometimes enjoying throwing their powers around. One of the oft repeated panels are various games of baseball, where in the rules it's supposed to be POWER FREE and yet somehow somebody always catches a snowball, a shock, sometimes a psychic flutter. You also get to see the X-men being normal without having to wonder which one is the mask. I mean Cyclops wears red sunglasses when he doesn't have his visor on but no matter what he is Scott Summers he has a code name but he always has his powers, Wolverine/Logan/James Howlett III always has that adamantium skeleton and healing factor. Kurt Wagner is always blue with a tail, I know in one of the shows they gave him a holographic projector(and yes he has had one from time to time built by Forge the mutant with a power that lets him invent almost anything he puts his mind to) but around the team he is who he is tail and all, hell wolverine calls him a blue Elf half the time(which is hilarious since wolverine is shorter than Nightcrawler when he stands to full height instead of doing his demonic/gargoyle crouch). You also see that for the most part the Mutants at Xavier's school for Gifted Children accept each other for who they are, disembodied brains, blue furred beasts, demonic looking priests, Bugs, lizards, whatever if you are a mutant all are welcome and if somebody dares tease a fellow mutant for their mutation somebody comes to their aid.

Also being an X-man is like being an Avenger in the X-universe. You protect humans and fellow mutants, you are the best of the best, you have saved the world on multiple occasions without the warm fuzzies that the Avengers garner(most of the time, they get some heat too when the destroy a good portion of the city). Mutants for the most part are feared or hated in Marvel Universe, now yes some of it is because Magneto and his Brotherhood of Evil mutants, or Stryfe, or Magnetos Acolytes, or a bunch of other bad guy mutants who go out of their way to reach body counts up into the high triple digits sometimes breaking the thousand mark(or if you are magneto the hundred thousand mark).

Another thing about X-men STORYLINES. the House of M, Age of Apocalypse, Xtinction Agenda, Mutant Massacre, Phoenix, Messiah, even their part of Civil War. Spider-man may be the most loveable Marvel Character but most of the most memorable Marvel stories happy in the X-gene side of the family. I mean Cable alone is reason enough to do the X universe right, and hey what do you know with Cable comes Deadpool NOT Wolverine. Yes Deadpool has a healing factor BASED upon wolverine but the Canuckle head had torn up the facility and left LONG before Wade Wilson came along. And if you do it right it allows you to see exactly why Deadpool is the way he is as well as breaks us away from the lousy way the stories were told. Nobody was developed, which is one of the things I liked about First Class, they gave a damn about WHY beast would want to change his looks, and WHY Havok would have a problem controlling his powers, what could possibly be holding Magneto back from having the ability to say Rip a Meteor out of the sky. So yeah character development Marvel was always good at it, X-men was their Crowning Jewel of it.

Specialization, I touched on it in the last part but honestly Scott and Ororo were great tacticians if you were on the team you had a purpose, you were a distance fighter, you were muscle, you were recon, you were a huge ball of testosterone that couldn't be stopped, you were nigh invulnerable whatever you were there for a reason and they knew how to make perfect use of your abilities. Plus if you can get to the SECONDARY incarnation of X-force then you can see exactly how spot on Cyclop's tactics could really be. I don't know if fighting wise he is on Captain America's level but honestly I would love to see them play a game of Chess against each other, if it takes less than a year I'm calling fix.

Another thing X-men is about Family, either you are related to or decended from Somebody, and whether or not your abilities are the same what that family dynamic adds to some of the Storylines has also always made X-men a great read. Juggernaut is Charles Xaviers Step Brother, Cable is Scott Summers and some clone of Jean Grey's son, Rachel is Nate's younger sister and ALSO  child of Scott and a Jean Grey clone(I think, she always confused me) but not the same clone that birthed Nathan. Cable was raised in the future by a group of devout spiritualists that were started by Rachel. It's like you need cue cards to keep up with these people, which is good because it always adds another layer that you can visit later. of course that could just be my greed.

Villains, nothing makes a good hero based story like a damn good villain, and X-men whew. You have:
Cable clone Stryfe(yeah I know head scratcher right) who was created by Apocalypse to be his next body. Which is kind of funny because besides World Domination Stryfe only wants to do two other things Kill Cable and Kill Apocalypse.

The aforementioned Apocalypse, the mutant conqueror from Earths past with the advanced space tech armor. He believes in only the strong shall survive, with his 4 horsemen he has been known to reek havoc on the bodies, minds and abilities of many of the X-men as well as has had a few X-men as his vassals(including wolverine and Angel). Due to the amount of power contained in Apocalypses body he tends to need new "hosts" once his old body is destroyed. He is impossibly strong, smart, ruthless and cunning.

Mister Sinister this crazed geneticist has one goal in mind to create the perfect mutant. He has shape shifting abilities as well as it seems endless life(He seems to turn his DNA into a virus that once injected into a new host takes over their DNA, returns his memories and just lets him start anew), and personally if you have a choice between letting him capture you and Death, pick death it will be quicker, less painless and would actually be an end. If Sinister gets his hands on you the only thing that will have an end is your sanity and your freedom.

Juggernaut Cain Marko is the step brother of one Charles Xavier. He is not actually a mutant(in the 616 universe) his abilities are derived from the Ruby Crystal of Cyttorak which he found in a cave during a tour of duty in the army. Cain for a long time suffered a severe case of sibling rivalry because he believed his father loved Charles more. Cain for most of his time was a villain, spent time as a member of the X-men, Excaliber, and the Thunderbolts. He was also heavily involved in the "Fear Itself" storyline. As you saw in the X-men United movie NOTHING stops the Juggernaut. Once he gets moving, get out the way.

Black Tom Cassidy cousin to the X-men's Banshee(Sean Cassidy) Thomas was a rich heir who blew all his money in a gambling match(ironically to Sean). A mercenary Black Tom often teamed with Juggernaut and as if their family history wasn't twisted enough for the Majority of Theresa Cassidy's life she thought Black Tom was her Uncle with no knowledge of who her father was.  Black Tom's life takes many twists and turns in the X-verse appearing to die many times either coming back with a new body, new powers or just back

Magneto Erik Magnus Lensherr the master of Magnetism. A survivor of the Holocaust Magneto wants nothing more than to protect mutant kind from facing one of it's own. Unfortunately he often takes a hard line towards humans which is what puts him into conflict so often with his good friend Charles Xavier. Magneto calls mutants Homo Sapien Superior and believes that mutants will become the dominant species on planet Earth. Depending on the crisis and the time line Magneto has been an Enemy as well as the leader of the X-men. Taking over Charles school when either his friend is presumed dead or is missing for long periods.

Genosha this is a country of prosperity and freedom as long as you aren't a mutant. Genosha's policy on mutants was simple if at the age of 13 you tested policy for the X-gene you became property of the state and your powers were used to benefit the non mutants and keep the country strong. Yes you read right PROPERTY of the state, mutants were modern day slaves. Needless to say this didn't sit to well with The X-men or Magneto and his brotherhood of evil mutants. The many run ins with Genosha as well as the either rescuing or interaction with their "mutates". If you thought Latveria was bad, this place is only slightly higher than it on the slime board and that truly is saying something

Man even the Hellfire club this multinational secret society
goes deeper Than what they showed in First Class. There wasn't just a white queen but also a red queen as well as black queen, they took their Chess and Alice in wonderland seriously. And yes they really were a behind the scenes group who liked to attempt to run the world with everyone including Charles Xavier on the end of their strings.

I don't care which team starts off the reboot you can go with the original comics if you get the powers right, or you could go with the first and favorite cartoon team. As long as Storm can fly, Bobby can Ice up and Colossus speaks Russian we good which includes saying Bozhe Moi because it's damn near his catch phrase. I'm serious if you are Russian or of Russian decent in Marvel and you even speak a mild amount of it you say this. It's like Spider-man and speaking Yiddish, he just does, the Russians just do. The Comrade's are nice, tovarich too but X-men have a lot of WTF moments and if you ain gonna give me my Bozhe Moi's in the future we gonna have a problem.

    1. Not too many of those though, Marvel or DC. Maybe if we get them to do some of the Milestone characters.
