A fathers love and dedication will save the world

Alicia Marcus - an innocent little girl who develops a rare yet fatal disease: Progeria. She will not live a full life by the time she reaches the age of 25 she will look 70, her father James Marcus works diligently on a cure for her disease. But also in preparation for the worst begins recording her face, her voice and every waking moment to hold on to the memory of his beloved child. Just when he thought all was lost he discovered a cure the T-virus, it regenerates cells and at first appears to cure his daughter. Due to the discovery he begins the Umbrella Corporation with his friend Alexander Isaacs hoping to cure all disease. Unfortunately the T-virus had side effects, and they were deadly.

The Red Queen - the digital versions of Alicia Marcus created by Doctor Alexander Isaacs, she is the computer that runs all of umbrella corp her job is to protect humanity from T-virus outbreaks, as well as the staff of the umbrella corporation. She may look like an innocent little girl but she is ruthless, cold, and calculating. Her young angelic voice can often be heard saying "You're all gonna die down here" partially because she is stating an undeniable fact the T-virus outbreak is over running the world, and the other reason is because she is most likely releasing t-virus creatures to come and kill you.

Alice- She has been there since the first known widespread T-virus outbreak, due to her exposure in the initial outbreak her memories of her past have been destroyed. From the first she has been killing zombies for a long time 10 years, she has lost loved ones, friends, and seen many people die. She has been experimented on, cloned, given special powers by her exposure to the T virus, had them removed, had them given back but she is tired. All she does is kill T-virus infected zombies. When last we saw her she was in Washington DC involved in a last stand for humanity.

3 women all connected by the T-virus, one the reason for it's creation, the other it's tireless observer, and the last a warrior fighting against inevitability. The T-virus was spread by the speed of the modern world:Trains, planes, and cars if you are infected with the T virus, especially the early strains you are most likely going to die and when you do you will become a zombie, flesh craving, undead trudging on to kill the remaining members of humanity who's rolls you just left. The Umbrella corporation created a

Resident Evil and this is it's Final Chapter

It appears that Albert Wesker pulled a fast one, when they rescued Alice and brought her back to DC the serum he injected her with did NOT give her back her powers, no it just unlocked her regular potential. No telekinesis, no esp, and definitely no accelerated healing. She is one of the best there is at killing zombies, whether you are human or beast come up against Alice and you WILL be destroyed. When the movie first opens we see that DC is in shambles the last stand a trap that destroyed another one of the last large human settlements. Alice is tired of this defeats wrenched from the too slow clasp of victory. There aren't that many humans left on planet earth, for whatever reason Wesker decided to ignore inevitability his master plan still a mystery unfortunately the toll his last trick has taken feels back breaking. As Alice stumbles out into the Daylight trudging through the rubble strewn around her you can see that smoldering husks are all that remain around her. She gets to the reflecting pool in front of the crumble marble that is the Washington monument to steal a drink, only to be attacked by a zombie, BIG MISTAKE it takes a minute but it's another permanently dead zombie. As she goes searching around for guns, bullets, any sort of weapon she is attacked by a flying T-virus monster but dispatches that as well. She then here's a noise off in the distance, is it a sign of life, is someone else alive around her...

No, it is the Red Queen. It appears she has a deal for Alice, if she can make it to Raccoon City within 48 hours, make it to the heart of the Hive, Umbrella Corp HQ and the site of the ORIGINAL OUTBREAK, that there is an Air Borne cure for the T-virus and that as long as she releases it into the world within that time the last vestiges of humanity can be saved. This of course represents a conundrum, how can Alice believe a single word the Cherubic looking death computer says. If anybody has heard "You're all gonna die down here" redundantly screeched it is Alice(well Project Alice, because that is how the Red Queen sees her). In every part of her soul Alice wants to ignore the Red Queen, but in this desperate world can one ignore even the tiniest sliver of hope? The answer is no, so off Alice goes back to Raccoon city to try and infiltrate the hive.

Resident Evil the Final Chapter reworks quite a bit of the movie mythos cleaning it up, it also gives you a few reasons as to why Umbrella seems to be so ill prepared to deal with and solve the issue of their product gone rogue. There are also a couple of huge twists, including how Dr. Isaacs gained control of the company, why he trusts Wesker so much, and why it is that there are always so many monster lurking in Umbrella facilities. I think if they are either done with the movies or else done with Alice in these movies this is a good conclusion for the crew. It explains to you how and why you got here, it shows you EXACTLY what Wesker had been up to since DC, Explains the Red Queens true purpose and why it is Isaacs created her from the digital recordings of Alicia Marcus. The gambit to save humanity is not an easy one, and of course there is an important thing to remember:The Airborne Cure for the T-virus will kill ANYONE infected with it, which includes our dear hero Project Alice. The Red Queen is still as mysterious as ever, Wesker is a prick(though doesn't have the speed or powers he had in the last 2 movies), Isaacs seems fanatical, and Alice though up for the job is beginning to show how weary she has become. I like how they set up the final of this movie, it wasn't just that Alice had to find the cure and release it because EVENTUALLY everybody was gonna die, no you saw that a deliberate plot had been hatched to exterminate humanity. And almost fire and brimstone dedication to sending the whole world up in flames no survivors, or at least we THINK no survivors. We remember when the Utopian Tanked that stayed in the middle of the water turned out to be one of Wesker's traps.

I enjoyed Final Chapter if this is truly the last Resident Evil movie they wrapped things up nicely, we now know what finally happened to Alicia, we know how many more Umbrella execs Alice has to kill, we see the Red Queen tracking Alice all the way back to Raccoon City and the hive. We see how much of the Hive is left(all of it) after the Nuclear Blast, which left MOST of Raccoon City a huge crater in the earth. And we also get to see a fathers love, I love the main twist of the movie when it was revealed I really didn't see it coming, kind of like The question that began it all. I don't think this February is going to have the Box Office numbers of 2016 while Final Chapter is good I went on the second weekend of it's release and almost no one was in the theater with me(Granted it was Superbowl weekend), and it was already down to one theater(supposedly SPLIT is the crowd favorite). The last installment of the best video game movie ever is here(yes I say that knowing it's based on a game that is based on survival horror movies) and I think you should give it a proper send off and say goodbye to our dear Alice
